What is the Program?
MI Junior Devo will hold regular practices, outings and travel to bigger races in the region to prepare for the harder competition at these races. The Targets being Tour Of America's Dairyland and Junior Nationals. With enough interest we will gather sponsorship to help as many athletes we can go to these races at as low a cost as possible. This is part of the US Juniors Cup.

Who should be interested?
- Any Junior aged 15-18 with a desire to go to nationals, race the Talent ID races at Tour Of Americas Dairyland
- or advance their cycling career.
- Younger riders can absolutely join if they want to.
- AAVC spring series 4-28, 5-5, 5-19
- Mcity Crits 4-13,14
- Tour Of North Georgia 5-26 to 5-28 (Talent ID Race) If there is intrest
- Waterford
- TOAD is 6-18 to 6-23
- Hyde Park 6-29
- IU Health Momentum (INDY) 7-12
- Junior Nationals 7-28
- Debates Devoss 8-17
What is expected of the riders/ Parents?
- Show up to groups practices, races, or group rides at least once a month.
- Help facilitate team comradery
- Be an example to other riders with good sportsmanship and stewardship
- Represent the state as well as any team you are on in the national level races.
- Let Coaches know if you are going to events so we can help plan
What is included in program
- Team gear will be available for purchase
- Some sponsor gear if we can secure it
- Coaching and mentoring by USAC certified Coaches
- Use of Waterford Hills Racetrack for training sessions
- Threshold testing for FTP and LT
- Rides to races, lodging race entry
