Coaches will hold an open practice for all Juniors at the track to go over all aspects of cycling. Each week progressing to more advanced concepts. Every practice will include some classroom instruction as well as plenty of on the bike activities. Sign up below or make arrangements through your junior club. All teams are welcome to enjoy the racetrack. OR Just show up and sign a waiver! We have loaner road bikes and helmets but you can ride any bike!
We start at 5:45 but get going at 6. All skill levels welcome.
